I went there to file for child support/ After handed in the paper, they called me, one of the worker said I should seek 2nd floor...cuz my case is different...at that time I could not understand so asked her to re-explain...but she told me "I don't speak Korean...blah blah"...well I never ask or expect her to use 3rd country language, but explain with less legal term so I understand better. too rude and unkind. They better have attitude trained. I did not ask a big favor.
