This is a great place for adults and children!! Me and my fiance came and had so much fun and learned so much about the aquatic life!! The exhibits are very detailed also staff were happy to help and teach us all about it!! We loved the hands on experiences especially the rays! Thank you so much for a great time we will be back!!
The New Jersey Adventure Aquarium is here and you will see Penn's landing and old 62 the New Jersey battle ship. Spend the day and take the ferry to Penn's landing and visit the submarine and battle ship there. $9 bucks round trip in 2017.
I usually visit the Pier on the Philadelphia side. The view from this side is spectacular. The area was clean and was filled with attractive art and lights. The parking is free, but the lot was full of glass, which calls into question the security of the place.
We enjoyed a lovely picnic lunch here while visiting the Adventure Aquarium. There a nice views of Philadelphia and the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. There are benches, grassy areas, trees, and picnic tables in addition to the waterfront walkway.
Great to walk n look at the water front while waiting for the bus to go home!!!
